Leaders in Training (Teens - 7th Grade through High School)

The focus for the teen-age participants is advancing the concept of “Leadership through service.” In addition to a program of biblical study and relationship training, teenagers participate as volunteers alongside the adult leaders in training the children.

The primary role of the Teen Bible Study is to partner with parents (V.I.P’s) and other church leaders of the Covenant Blessing Worldview Academy (CBWA) to equip teens with a worldview centered on Jesus Christ that will build in them character and skills to lead in all areas of life by:

·   Promoting honorable communication with their parents and promoting family devotion

·   Guiding teens in an understanding of the gospel

·   Cultivating an increasing love and adoration for Christ

·   Cultivating the fruits of the Holy Spirit and manifest them in their character

Large Group Time

This is time for teens to break away to their own time of worship of the Lord, and hear the gospel in a large group setting.

Small Group Time

During Small Group Time teens will get an opportunity to discuss and “own” the lesson presented in Large Group Time. This is also an opportunity for leaders to develop relationships with the teens.
