Studies show that learning facts by setting those facts to music has the highest long term retention factor. One method of helping our young disciples retain the History Time Line Card titles is using "piggyback" songs. These are songs where new words are used with an old melody. A great example of this is the Alphabet Song which is set to the tune of Twinkle, Twinkle, Little, Star.
